NEOM operators: turn intent into executed, auditable deals

Beagel is approved for use within NEOM (deployment pending). Vendor identifiers available on request.

The operator reality at NEOM
NEOM runs multiple regions (THE LINE, Oxagon, Trojena, Sindalah, Magna) with an explicit digital-first mandate. Procurement flows through SAP Business Network (Ariba). Execution needs to be programmable, compliant, and provable.

What Beagel does in one line
A white-label, API-first “offer engine” that lets your branded channels take real-time property offers 24/7—while your teams stay in control.

Why NEOM operators should use Beagel
1. Always-on execution
Capture offers across time zones and weekends, keep momentum between counter-offers, and remove dead air from deal flow. (Beagel’s platform is built for continuous, operator-controlled offer intake.)
2. Policy as code
Enforce eligibility, disclosures, cooling-off windows, thresholds, and award sequencing at the system layer. No ad-hoc rules in email threads.
3. Evidence, not screenshots
Every action—registration, offer, counter, acceptance, fall-through—emits machine-readable events for audit and regulators. Export evidence packs per deal.
4. Rails you already use
Plug in KYC/AML, payments/escrow, SSO (SAML/OIDC), CRM/ERP, DMS/e-sign. No rip-and-replace.
5. Multi-region, multi-operator, segregated data
Run separate operator instances per district or brand, with central oversight. This matches NEOM’s region model and digital stack direction (TONOMUS: data, compute, cognitive services).
6. Proof of demand
Beagel processes large volumes of live offers globally and is designed for API traffic spikes—relevant when you open a district window and traffic surges.

Procurement and compliance at NEOM
• Onboarding & transactions:
We follow your Ariba routing for POs/invoices. (NEOM supplier onboarding is published; Ariba is the transaction network.)
• Identifiers: We don’t publish vendor IDs. Provided on request and in RFI/RFP responses.
• Security & access: SSO, role-based permissions, audit logs. (Standard Beagel capabilities.)

Implementation in four steps
1. Define rules (eligibility, disclosures, thresholds).
2. Connect rails (SSO, KYC/AML, escrow/payments, CRM/ERP, DMS/e-sign).
3. Brand & permission per district/operator; segregate data.
4. Go live; generate evidence packs per deal.

Where this fits inside NEOM’s stack
• Regions:
THE LINE, Oxagon, Trojena, Sindalah, Magna—one policy surface, many brands.
• Digital direction: TONOMUS focuses on data, compute, connectivity, and cognitive platforms; Beagel complements that at the transactional layer for property offers.
